Shipment
How long does delivery take?
After receipt of your order, your order will be handed over to our shipping service provider within 24 hours. If you order on working days by 10 a.m., the goods will be handed over on the same day.
Shipping within Germany usually takes 2-4 working days.
Within Europe 3-6 working days.
Who is the shipping service provider?
Our packages are sent with DHL.
How much is the shipping?
Shipping within the EU is free.
Shipping to Switzerland costs 15 CHF. We will bear the rest of the costs including customs clearance.

Will you inform me about the status of my delivery?
As soon as your package has been handed over to our shipping service provider, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track your shipment status.
Which countries does Displine ship to?
We ship worldwide. However, you can currently only order from the online shop within Germany, Austria or Switzerland (DACH). Should you require delivery to another country, please contact us at info@displine.com .

How can I pay?
With us you can pay by credit card, PayPal, Klarna Sofortüberweisung or Klarna invoice.

Can I return my order?
As a private customer, you can of course return your order within the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Please note that we may refuse to accept returns for items that are scratched, incomplete or damaged.
The same applies to returns outside the cancellation period.
If you wish to return a product, please email orders@displine.com with your order number.
Is the return free?
Returns within Germany are free of charge. Please contact orders@displine.com and you will receive a return label.
For returns outside of Germany, please also contact orders@displine.com, in this case the return must be organized by yourself. Return to:

How do I get my money back?
As soon as we have received the return and checked it, your money will be immediately refunded to the original means of payment.
Products
Does my iPad fit in the holder?
The compatibility of the iPad with the mount depends on the generation and model of the iPad and the inch size of the display. If you do not know which model your iPad is, you can identify it using the model number at https://support.apple.com/de_DE/specs . You can find the model number on the back of your iPad or in Settings > General > About > Model number.
What is the difference between Companion Wall and Dame Wall?
Displine has 2 lines of wall mounts, Companion Wall and Dame Wall. These differ in design and surface.
Companion Wall is primarily aimed at customers who value a very good price-performance ratio. Companion Wall is very robust with angular lines and a thicker, stable frame. Companion Wall is available powder-coated in white and black.
Dame Wall is aimed at customers who value a particularly high-quality product. Dame Wall is very finely crafted, has the narrowest frame and nestles particularly snugly around the tablet with rounded lines. The surface is available in white powder-coated and anodized in black and silver, giving Dame Wall a very fine and smooth feel that is perfectly matched to the iPad.

What makes the Home series special?
The Home Series is a product range that we created to meet our customers' desire for flexibility. The wall mounts have an open frame, which allows the tablet to be removed quickly. The Home series also has an integrated charging cable.
The Home series is available in Companion Wall and Dame Wall versions. In addition, Dame Wall Home has an integrated rotation unit, which enables a flexible change of view.
Do you offer custom orders?
In exceptional cases, depending on the quantity, we offer custom-made products. Thanks to our expertise in aluminum processing, we can respond specifically to your customer requirements.
